Hospice 101 – Education Series
Join us for Hospice 101, an informative educational session presented by Kelley Hagemeyer, Hospice Care Consultant with St. Croix Hospice.
Learn what hospice care is, when it may be appropriate, and what families can expect throughout the hospice journey. This session will also cover the basics of living wills, advance directives, and the benefits and resources available through hospice care. Whether you are planning ahead for yourself or supporting a loved one, this presentation will provide valuable information and answer common questions.
