Description
The YMCA will hosts free "Y-Fit" classes for both Y and Non Y members on Saturday, July 11, 2015 from 8:00am to 12:00pm. In addition to classes, a collection for the YMCA summer Camp program will take place. Classes include Step Aerobics, Body Combat, Body Combat Launch, Body Pump Launch, and Zumbia. Participants must be 15 years and older. Free childcare ( ages 8 and older ) offered from 8:00am to 12:00pm
