Description We are seeking a HR Director for our Jefferson City, MO manufacturing facility. As a core member of the Plant Leadership Management Team, provide on-location HR support for our largest global Transformer factory to employees, including managers, to ensure effective and sustainable workplace relations and performance in close collaboration with the HR network.
