Ask receptionist for registration form. If you are required to pay a fee for class, you will receive a phone call before class to advise you of the amount you will owe for this service. All fees must be paid no later than beginning of class. NO CHECKS ACCEPTED. CASH (exact change) or MONEY ORDERS made payable to CMCA
