The goal of the training: Introduce business leaders to The TALON Group and provide them with a brief overview of the latest evidence-based leadership strategies that can benefit them, their leadership teams, and lower level employees.
The TALON Group at William Woods University was developed to create strategic partnerships with businesses throughout the state of Missouri to assist organizations with strengthening their leadership and management skills at every level of the organization. Using evidence-based practices, we design training specifically to fit the organization in which we are working with.
With more than 30 years of higher education instruction and research, coupled with 50 years of leadership experience our trainers provide engaging seminars that combine research and practice. Additionally, each training is designed to increase participants’ knowledge of leadership and provide them with tools they can utilize in the workplace.
