Professional Development Series
With the difficulties in finding and retaining good people, effective leadership is a requirement for all companies seeking success. The various leadership training sessions provided by Missouri Enterprise cover a wide array of issues including communication, individual and team performance, trust, coaching, delegation, change, and innovation among others. The multi-media sessions are about 4 hours in length and utilize videos, PowerPoint presentations, and posters to engage the audience. Attendees will be asked to do some pre-work which is provided about a week before the session begins enabling them to bring real-life situations into the classroom. They will work with others to engage in role playing and other activities that will enhance the classroom learning. Missouri Enterprise facilitators have decades of experience in industry and have been certified to present the materials in an effective and entertaining way. Your presence will benefit you and the group as all participants bring something of interest to the classes.
This series will be six sessions offered over eleven months. It will be every other month to allow time for the participants to implement each aspect. Lunch will be provided.
