Participants will learn about the types of foods permitted under cottage laws, labeling requirements, health and safety standards, and more. Designed for aspiring cottage food entrepreneurs, this class will help attendees understand compliance, avoid common pitfalls, and successfully launch or expand their cottage food businesses. There will be time for Q&A with Callaway County Health Department.
