About the Role:
Callaway Electric Cooperative is seeking a Member Service Representative to join our team. This role involves working closely with Cooperative members and Callabyte subscribers to address billing and service needs. We are looking for a team-oriented professional with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist members with billing inquiries and service needs
- Provide excellent customer service to Cooperative members and Callabyte subscribers
- Maintain accurate account records and perform data entry
- Communicate clearly and professionally through various channels
- Handle multiple tasks in a dynamic work environment
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree and/or five years of experience in customer service or a billing office preferred
- Strong computer skills and business acumen
- Clear and effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multi-task and work collaboratively
Compensation & Benefits:
- Pay: Starting from $24.00 per hour
