Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Lead Set Up Position to oversee operations within our production facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in fabrication drawing, concrete, framing, or carpentry. Will be responsible for ensuring that production goals are met while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Skills
- Fabrication drawing, framing, concrete, or carpentry experience.
- Familiarity with forklift operation for material handling within the facility.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to ensure quality control.
- Effective communication skills to relay information clearly across all levels of the organization.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
