Customer Service Representative
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Process order forms, references, and input customer information into the computer system on new lease agreements
• Maintain the image of the showroom floor, counter area, and bathrooms
• Ensure all merchandise is priced correctly and properly displayed
• Answer phones in a friendly and professional manner and provide excellent customer service
• Take proper payments from customers and update information in the computer
• Assist the Sales Manager with marketing efforts and to sell at a high level to ensure that monthly sales goals and growth objectives are achieved; including managing web leads and Facebook account for store
• Delivery, setup, and pickup of merchandise
• Other tasks as assigned by management; including, but not limited to filling in for other positions as needed
QUALIFICATIONS
• Neat, professional appearance
• Well organized, ability to multi-task, good computer skills
• Patience and empathy
• Effective communication and problem solving skills
• Willingness to learn, take direction, and listen
• Must be a people person and have a warm, friendly attitude; excellent customer service
• Class E license within 30 days of hire
• Must be at least 18 years old, good driving record, able to pass a background check and drug test
• Minimum high school diploma or equivalency preferred, but not required
• Able to lift, load, and dolly merchandise
