Feed Store $ Mill Team Member

Position Overview:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Feed & Mill Team Member. This position plays a key role in daily operations, from feed production to customer service.

Schedule:

• Monday through Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
• Rotating Saturdays: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with batching and bagging feed
• Load customer purchases efficiently and safely
• Provide friendly, helpful customer service
• Operate checkout and process transactions using QuickBooks
• Help maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Perform light maintenance duties as needed

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds consistently
• Comfortable using QuickBooks or willing to learn
• Strong work ethic and dependability
• Ability to work well with a team and interact with customers
• Previous agricultural or labor experience is a plus, but not required

Work Environment:

• Fast-paced, hands-on setting
• Combination of indoor and outdoor work
