Salary:$15.00
We are seeking Compassionate Reliable and dedicated residential support staff to provide assistance to individuals living in a Residential setting. The ideal candidate will support clients with daily living activities community environment and help them achieve their goals in a safe and respectful supportive living environment.
Experience working with youth, birthmothers or addiction recovery, Pro-life position.
Be in agreement with the Statement of Faith and philosophies of the Faith Maternity Care ministry. Be a regular attender of a Chritian believing church, practice a Biblical moral lifestyle. Be qualified on the basis of abilities, personal character, grounded faith, and divine calling to work in close personal contact with birthmothers in a home training environment. Be capable of providing leadership, positive example, spiritual guidance to each of our clients. Must be conscious of speech and hold strict confidentiality within and outside of the maternity home. Able to make decisions and discipline in love according to the FMC polices and for the purpose of client encouragement and growth. Be a team player, loyal and faithful in service to the ministry, having a united front with Program and Executive Directors in working with clients. Bring a joy-filled attitude.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Oversee and implement transportation for residents in FMC vehicles
2. Support mothers with infant care and positive, loving encouragement
3. Coach and assist residents according to FMC Guidelines
4.Document and complete communication log for client progress and challenges
5. Ensure that nightly chores are completed and coach where needed
6. Lead evening devotions with clients and pray for individuals’ faith journey
7. Implement activities as planned on the activities calendar; Make family fun happen.
8. Medication and transportation protocols, UA Testing, Room and Safety Checks
9. Other duties as assigned by Lead Staff and/or Program Director
10. Attend monthly staff meetings and be flexible with team work schedules
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
