Job description
Callaway Electric Cooperative is currently seeking applicants for the position of Member Service Representative. Responsibilities include working closely with Cooperative members and Callabyte subscribers to address billing and service needs. The successful applicant must possess fundamental business skills, excellent computer skills, clear, concise oral and written communication skills, and the ability to multi-task and work well in a team environment. A bachelor’s degree and/or five years of experience in a customer service/billing office is preferred. Position includes competitive wages and a comprehensive benefit package.
