Chief Operating Officer

The COO serves as the senior leader responsible for program quality, people leadership, and organizational systems at Heart of Missouri CASA. Working in close partnership with the CEO, this role ensures consistent, mission-aligned service delivery across all counties by building the structures, standards, and conditions that allow staff and volunteers to perform their expected job functions.

The COO provides strategic and operational leadership across three core areas: leading and developing the program team, driving program quality and compliance, and strengthening organizational systems in support of long-term sustainability. This is a senior leadership role that requires both the ability to think strategically and the discipline to execute.
