This position will assist our Forensic Evaluators.

Responsibilities - What you’ll do

The Lead Administrative Support Assistant supports the Forensic Evaluators in a variety of ways. This individual will work with team of Forensic Evaluators and PRN Forensic Evaluators. This will include gathering records, scheduling interviews, filing evaluations with the court, and corresponding with stakeholders. This individual will communicate with attorneys, court personnel, personnel from central office, jail personnel, staff from other DMH facilities, and members of the DMH mobile team. This individual will need to enter orders, file evaluations, and manage a variety of spreadsheets and databases for forensic team. They will need to be detail oriented and organized. Must be able to function with considerable independence and handle multiple complex task deadlines simultaneously.

Qualifications - All you need for success Minimum Qualifications:

• Knowledge of the processes and procedures applicable to assigned area
• Skill in the operation of office equipment
• Ability to organize work assignments

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience
