Library Associate-Floater

We are seeking a Library Associate - Floater to join our dynamic team! Apply to be on the DBRL team where you would be part of a valued staff offering topnotch library services to an appreciative community.

Schedule:

Part-time, hours per week can vary depending upon need (0-20 hours per week). Building hours are Monday 9am-6pm, Tuesday 9am-8pm, Wednesday through Friday 9am-6pm and Saturday 9am-3pm.

Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide readers advisory and information assistance using library resources and equipment.
• Assist with programming and one-on-one device and technology help for the public.
• May work at any of the service desks.

Requirements:

• High school diploma/or equivalent and 48 hours college credit.
• At least one year customer service-related experience.
• Previous technology-related instruction and library experience preferred.
• Ability to work at either Callaway County Branch Location (Fulton and Holts Summit) preferred.

Benefits: There are no benefits with this position, but employees of DBRL can participate in the Employee Assistance Program.

Salary: $16.75 per hour
