MoSEAL Asphalt Services is a growing asphalt paving company serving communities across Missouri. We are looking for a dependable and organized Marketing, HR & Administrative Coordinator to support our office operations, hiring, marketing, and internal systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, website, and SEO
- Coordinate sponsorships and community events
- Post jobs, screen applicants, and schedule interviews
- Handle new hire paperwork and onboarding
- Review and track company credit card expenses
- Assist with job costing and inventory tracking
- Manage One Crew and CRM systems
- Track equipment and maintenance in Whip Around
- Support scheduling and operations
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable with computers and office software
- Professional communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience in admin, HR, marketing, or construction preferred
Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
