Schedule:
• Monday to Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Saturday: 10:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Job Description:
Cut N Dry Studio is looking for skilled, enthusiastic, and licensed barbers to join our dynamic team. We are committed to providing a supportive and creative environment where client satisfaction and artistic expression can flourish.
Compensation:
• 60% net services + 10% commission - Guaranteed $15/hour
• Base income guarantee with potential for growth by optimizing industry time standards
Skills & Professional Development:
• Eagerness to improve barbering skills through practice, quality control feedback, team consultations, and online educational classes through BehindTheChair.com
• Access to ongoing learning opportunities to stay updated on barbering trends and techniques
Interview Preparation:
• Bring your barbering tools
• Provide a current resume
• Present your valid barber license (or a copy)
• Share social media pictures showcasing your work (if available)
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide a full range of barbering services, including cutting, shaving, styling, and grooming
• Consult with clients to understand and meet their grooming needs
• Maintain a clean and professional workspace in compliance with health and safety standards
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster loyalty
• Stay updated on the latest barbering trends, techniques, and products
Qualifications:
• Current board-certified barber license (required)
• Passion for the craft with excellent attention to detail
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
