Leadership Callaway and Junior Leadership Callaway Celebrates 2026 Graduates

The Callaway Chamber of Commerce proudly recognizes the Leadership Callaway Class of 2026 and Junior Leadership Callaway Class of 2026 graduates following their recent commencement ceremony.

Leadership Callaway continues to develop engaged, informed leaders who are committed to strengthening Callaway County through civic involvement, professional growth, and community service.

Leadership Callaway Class of 2026

The following individuals successfully completed the program:

• Caleb Groner – City of Holts Summit
• Aaron McMichael – Central Bank
• Warren Moody – Nabholz Construction
• Tia Neal – T-Bird Learning Center, North Callaway School District
• Johnny Restrepo – Koelling Family Chiropractic
• Nicci Rexroat – A Place To Grow
• Valerie Sebacher – Teel Mechanical Services, Inc.

Participants completed an intensive program focused on leadership development, community awareness, and relationship-building across Callaway County.

Leadership Callaway Class Project
As part of the program, the Leadership Callaway Class of 2026 organized a community-wide diaper drive to support local families in need. The initiative collected over 30,000 diapers and wipes that will directly benefit organizations and individuals throughout Callaway County.

This project reflects the class’s commitment to addressing real community needs while creating a meaningful and lasting impact for families across the region.

Junior Leadership Callaway Class of 2026

The Junior Leadership program also celebrated its graduating class:

• Bryli DeLashmutt – Homeschool
• Addisyn Dunbar – New Bloomfield High School
• Rylee Horstman – North Callaway High School
• Anijah Ntiri – Fulton High School
• Ella Slater – North Callaway High School

The Junior Leadership Callaway program introduces students to leadership development and community engagement, helping prepare the next generation of leaders in Callaway County.

Junior Leadership Callaway Class Project
As part of the program, the Junior Leadership Callaway Class of 2026 created three “Blessing Boxes” for their local communities. These boxes will serve as a helpful aid, providing free resources such as personal hygiene products. 

This project reflects the dedication of the Junior Leadership class’s efforts to engage and aid others within the Callaway County community.

Leadership Callaway directly supports the Chamber’s mission of building community for business and family by investing in individuals who are dedicated to the future of the region.
