Callaway County Special Services Launches 2024 Needs Assessment Community Survey

Fulton, Missouri – Callaway County Special Services (CCSS) is conducting a 2024 Needs Assessment Community Survey and wants to hear your thoughts on what is going well for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Callaway County and where improvements are needed. This information will help CCSS plan services and programs that make Callaway County more welcoming, inclusive, and accessible for people with disabilities and their families. CCSS wants to know what is working and what isn’t working. CCSS wants to hear the community’s voice. People’s answers can influence change. TT2 Consulting LLC is conducting the Community Needs Assessment Survey on behalf of Callaway County Special Services. CCSS is asking people to complete the survey by November 1st.

“We want to hear from the community about how we can chart a better tomorrow for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Callaway County,” says Mike Lederle, Executive Director of Callaway County Special Services. "The Board and the CCSS team are dedicated to offering the best possible services and programs to help people lead productive and independent lives."

Community input is crucial for CCSS, and the organization welcomes feedback from individuals with intellectual or developmental disabilities, families, caregivers, advocates, educators, service providers, government officials and other stakeholders. Confidentiality is important to CCSS, so researchers from TT2 Consulting will administer the survey and collect the data. All responses will remain confidential and will not impact a person's access to services from CCSS or other providers.
