William Woods announces new leadership in Enrollment Services
Fulton, MO – Romaine Seguin, President of William Woods University(WWU), today announced the appointment of Emily Horstman to lead the university’s Enrollment Services team, serving as Vice President of Global Online Admissions and Enrollment Management. The appointment of this cabinet-level position is effectively immediately.
Horstman came to William Woods in 2004 as a Graduate Recruiter for Education programs. Prior to her new appointment, she served in a variety of additional enrollment positions, including Associate VP of Enrollment Management, Associate VP of Global Operations and Director of Graduate and Online Admissions.
In her role as VP of Global Online Admissions and Enrollment Management, Horstman will be responsible for managing and coordinating new and continuing online undergraduate, graduate, doctoral, and distance education at William Woods, as well as supporting on-campus operations such as registrar’s office while serving as a liaison to Information Systems for planning and process enhancements.
“We are excited for Emily and her new expanded leadership role,” said Dr. Ted Blashak, Chief Student Experience Officer at WWU. “She continues to be a driving force in our online and graduate program growth here at The Woods.”
A two-time graduate of William Woods and lifetime resident of Callaway County, Horstman lives in Mokane with her husband and twin children.
