Job Title: Athletic Director
Location: Kingdom Christian Academy

Kingdom Christian Academy is seeking an Athletic Director for the 2025–2026 school year. We are looking for a committed and energetic leader to oversee and grow our athletic programs for students in Preschool through 8th grade.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee all school athletic programs and events.

• Coordinate game schedules, practices, transportation, and facility use.

• Recruit, mentor, and supervise coaches and volunteers.

• Ensure compliance with school policies and athletic guidelines.

• Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and Christian character on and off the field.

• Communicate with parents, staff, and administration regarding athletic opportunities and student progress.

• Participate in school-wide events, staff meetings, and professional development.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Sports Management, or a related field.

• Previous experience in coaching or athletic administration preferred.

• Strong leadership and communication skills.

• Ability to work collaboratively and positively with students, parents, and staff.

• A passion for athletics and fostering student development in a Christian environment.
