As we are finding ways to cope during the pandemic and some sort of "new normal", many of our regular schedules are a thing of the past. Our changed routines leave many of us with changes to our eating habits, exercise routines, and stress levels. Increased stress levels also cause us to be tired, moody, and craving sweet, salty foods. Let's navigate together for some quick tips to boost your energy, immune system, and overall health. Amanda Gowin, professor of Health and Exercise Science at Westminster College, will provide some easy ways to rethink our stay-at-home food and exercise routines.
