Fulton is centrally located within Missouri and offers convenient access to Interstate 70 and U.S. Route 54.

The City of Fulton was incorporated as a city in 1859 and now runs a full-service city providing most utilities and services for its citizens.  The city supplies electric, water, gas, sewer and solid waste as utilities for residents.

Residents also have access to Legends Rec-Plex as a fitness and event space, Tanglewood Golf Course, Stinson Creek Walking Trail, Sam and Daisy Grabb Animal Shelter, and the Waterworks Splash Pad.

The city operates on a $51 million budget, which supports 170 full-time employees and 65 part-time/seasonal employees.  City Hall is located in downtown Fulton with other city-owned facilities around town.

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS

Requirements

  • Must pass pre-employment drug testing and submit to periodic drug testing as required by applicable laws.
  • At least 18 years of age depending on position
  • May be required to work weekends or a variety of shifts.
  • Subject to emergency call-in.
