SUMMARY
The primary role of the Project Manager – Order Management is to monitor existing purchase orders and sales orders to ensure the success of our retailers, wholesalers, and employee-owners while embracing an ‘customer focused’ approach. This role requires effective communication and collaboration with our suppliers, sales team, customers, project management team, warehouse, and retail training team to ensure operational alignment. The Project Manager – Order Management owns the Store Opening Right-First-Time metric working to minimize mis-shipments or redirected shipments while driving overall order accuracy and customer satisfaction.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Review and monitor purchase orders including equipment, retail technology, and direct ship orders
· Adjust and communicate changing ship dates or delays in purchase orders
· Monitor customer readiness for receipt of equipment and communicate any changes to the field
· Communicate with Retail Training on delivery dates to allow them to set their schedules and ensure store readiness
· Assist Project Management by providing the current information when circumstances change
· Communicate with Warehouse on order receipts and order shipments
· Perform all other duties as assigned

- Communicate shipping / tracking information to the field for equipment
· Monitor customer readiness for receipt of equipment and communicate any changes to the field
· Communicate with Retail Training on delivery dates to allow them to set their schedules and ensure store readiness
· Assist Project Management by providing the current information when circumstances change
· Communicate with Warehouse on order receipts and order shipments
- Serve as a Project Manager for assigned licensed accounts. May perform readiness assessment for larger accounts.
- Support Project Managers on branded accounts when required performing on-site equipment testing.
· Perform all other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Manufacturing, project management and/or construction background is a plus
- Able to work with a consistent pace with multiple departments and effectively manage a schedule
· Excellent organization skills and highly detailed on schedules and accuracy
· Organization of business materials: internal, customer, and project files
- Strong work ethic, always making the company and the customer a priority
· Ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing with all types of people from owners to hourly employees for business results
· A positive attitude
· Persistent in nature; follow-up is a must
· Technological skill sets to include use of Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and other software as required
WORKING CONDITIONS
- Work is typically performed in normal office working conditions
- Job requires occasional overnight travel (Less than 25%)

- Must be able to sit for prolonged periods of time in front of a computer daily
- Digital dexterity and hand/eye coordination in operation of office equipment including a computer

- Frequently required to stand, walk, and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
- Ability to lift and carry 25 pounds on a regular basis
- Must be able to travel by auto or plan to work locations as needed
