Information Management and Securities, LLC. is a technology and document shredding company owned and operated by Missouri native Vince Fuemmeler. IMS is the parent company of IMS Technology Group and IMS Shredding. Together, IMS guides businesses through a digital transformation by providing private cloud IT solutions, document management software, scanning and paper shredding services.

They have a full, in-house, scanning burrow that digitizes files, documents and microfilm. Once digitized, documents can then go into a digital file cabinet called FileBound. It’s a document management solution that provides a safe and secure place to store and quickly retrieve important documents.

IMS provides cutting edge technology in the form of a private cloud IT infrastructure called CompleteCloud. It’s a unique way for businesses to think about their IT department in a per-user per-month model that’s easily scalable.

IMS Shredding is triple-A certified by the National Association for Information Destruction. IMS picks up confidential documents that businesses wish to dispose of on a routine basis or a one-time paper purge and bring them back to a secure warehouse to be confidentially destroyed.
